Local SF Delivery
San Francisco local delivery is available from Monday-Saturday, between the hours of 2pm-5pm. Same day delivery is guaranteed for orders placed before noon, otherwise your order will be delivered the following business day. 

Shipping Times
Shipping within California takes approximately 1-2 business days to arrive. Shipping Out-of-State may take up to 7-10 business days. If a domestic shipment is time sensitive, we encourage you place your orders well in advance. If a domestic shipment is really time sensitive, we encourage you to patronize your local bottle shop!

Shipping Costs
Wine is... really heavy, and shipping is... really expensive. Our costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination. We are working with our common couriers to improve and offer the best competitive shipping rates to pass along to our customers. 

International Shipping
We are happy to ship non-alcoholic merchandise worldwide, however we are unable to ship wine internationally. Any international orders containing wine will be refunded upon purchase.

Tracking
All customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order ships from our warehouse. Please note this may not update until 1-2 business days after your order is placed. 

Re-shipping
If a package gets returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we can only re-ship your order upon payment of a re-shipping fee. Please make sure there's always someone at the address you enter as your shipping address.

Returns
We are not accepting wine or product returns and exchanges at this time. If you believe you received a corked bottle, please email us at orders@barparttime.com
